You're invited to Camp KuinderCronk! 🏕️
What is it?
Camp KuinderCronk is our version of a joint bachelor/bachelorette party.
Because we’ve opted to have a small micro-wedding on August 24th, we wanted to have an opportunity to celebrate with all of our favourite people beforehand.
Where is it taking place?
The lovely Melissa (bridesmaid) and Richard Pennings have graciously opened up their home in Harriston, ON for the weekend. With Richard being a crop farmer, we’ll be able to enjoy their many acres of beautiful scenery!
Harriston is about an hour north of Waterloo, and there's plenty of room for parking on site.
What will we be doing?
Friday, August 16
Feel free to arrive anytime after 6:00PM. Friday night will be more low-key: getting to know each other, playing lawn games, and having a bonfire.
Saturday, August 17
We’ll be breaking into teams for some friendly competition! The wonderful wedding party has planned a few activities to transport us back to summer camp.
Sunday, August 18
Time to pack up! We'll say our goodbyes over breakfast and pack up our camping gear.
What should I bring?
Your typical camping essentials! Here's a packing list to help get you started:
Tent
Sleeping bag
Air mattress (or whatever you’d prefer in your tent! There is an air compressor at the farm to pump these up)
Pillow
Bathing suit
Cooler
Bug spray
Drinks - we’ll have a few community drinks (alcoholic and non), but otherwise it's BYOB
Snacks (we’ll be planning meals and have plenty of snacks, but feel free to bring anything of your own as well!)
Sunblock
Hat
Sunglasses
Lawn games (we’ll have some, but the more the merrier!)
Lawn chair
Allergy meds (if you need 'em)
